Role Summary:
The MIS role for the Salesforce division is responsible for managing and analysing sales data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team and management ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily weekly and monthly sales reports dashboards and performance metrics.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales team KPIs and track progress against targets.
Insights & Forecasting: Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and forecasting.
Coordination: Collaborate with sales marketing and IT teams to streamline reporting processes and CRM usage.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to company policies and data confidentiality standards.
Qualification (Minimum): Bachelor s degree in any stream

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
Strong Excel and data visualization skills
