Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Weekday Agent: Monday to Friday 4:00 PM 7:00 PM (15 hrs/week)
- Weekend Agent: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (18 hrs/week)
What You ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls from potential and current customers
- Book appointments for our estimation team
- Engage in genuine conversations not just reading from a script
- Represent our company with warmth and professionalism
- Handle inquiries with patience and clarity
What We re Looking For:
- Excellent spoken English skills
- Preferably with an American or neutral accent
- Strong conversational skills someone who can break the ice and build rapport easily
- Experience in residential construction or familiarity with the industry is a big plus
- Dependable self-motivated and tech-savvy
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
