Job Description
This is a remote position.
Client Overview
Our client a dynamic and growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Order Lifecycle Data Analyst to manage the complete lifecycle of customer purchase orders. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and supporting cross-functional collaboration across sales procurement logistics and finance teams.
Oversee the full lifecycle of customer purchase orders from creation through fulfillment and invoicing
Analyze order data to identify trends delays and opportunities for process optimization
Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing
Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Salesforce)
Track and resolve discrepancies engaging with customers when needed
Produce and distribute regular order status reports dashboards and KPIs
Support compliance and audit efforts through meticulous documentation
Improve the order-to-cash cycle using data-driven insights and best practices
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Data Analytics or a related field
2 years of experience in order management operations analysis or a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and visualization tools (Power BI Tableau)
Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM platforms (SAP NetSuite Salesforce preferred)
High attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
Familiarity with SQL or scripting for data analysis is a plus
Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives is advantageous
