Job Description
This is a remote position.
A high-growth personal development and coaching brand is seeking an experienced AI Tech Specialist to support an impactful automation initiative. The ideal candidate will help build and deploy a smart branded AI chatbot by leveraging a variety of internal digital assets including coaching recordings LMS content and transcript data.
This is a priority role designed to accelerate the company s next phase of growth by enhancing scalability client personalization and operational efficiency through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and deploy an AI chatbot using internal assets including:
Recorded coaching sessions
Learning management system (LMS) content
Transcripts from transcription tools
Design intelligent workflows for:
Lead qualification
Customer support
Ongoing engagement
Integrate the chatbot with various platforms such as:
LMS
Email
Website
CRM tools
Maintain the brand s tone and voice in chatbot interactions
Recommend and implement automation tools (e.g. Zapier) to support workflows
Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to enhance user journeys
Monitor performance and iterate for continuous improvement
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in AI chatbot development (ChatGPT Dialogflow GPT-4 or similar)
Familiarity with transcription tools and LMS platforms
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational UX best practices
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g. Zapier etc.)
Excellent communication documentation and project management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred: Experience building AI bots for coaching consulting or service-based businesses

A short written note (3 5 sentences) explaining how they would approach building a chatbot using the client s recorded coaching calls LMS content and transcription files
