Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Epicor Kinetic for our clients manufacturing distribution and service operations. This role will be pivotal in managing project timelines coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring a successful deployment tailored to our business processes.
Type: Direct Hire Full Time
Location: Portland OR Hybrid

As a Senior Project Manager you will:
- Lead cross-functional implementation teams and conduct regular coordination meetings.
- Work with Epicor project team including external consultants project manager and vendors.
- Create and manage detailed work breakdown structures to guide implementation activities.
- Track project progress and make adjustments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee system configuration customization and integration activities.
- Manage data migration strategies and execution.
- Establish comprehensive testing protocols including test data creation.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.
- Create and manage training plans for all end users.
- Develop detailed plans for system go-live training and post-implementation support.
- Establish and maintain project documentation and knowledge transfer processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- 10 years of project management experience.
- Strong background in manufacturing operations & business processes.
- Direct experience with Epicor Kinetic implementation configuration and customization.
- Proven experience developing and executing detailed project plans with complex dependencies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences.
- Experience with PM methodologies like Agile Waterfall etc
