Job Description

We are seeking a professional analytical and client-facing Team Analyst to support our NSW Residential Project Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders drive insights through data and play an integral role in new business strategy. This is a great opportunity to start a successful property career with Colliers. You will play an integral role in our successful NSW Residential team based in our Sydney CBD office working with key stakeholders across Australia.

As a member of the team some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct research on residential projects market trends competitors and key data (sales pricing valuations) to deliver timely insights.
  • Manage and maintain core team data sets including sales data development applications and sector-specific databases.
  • Prepare and present high-quality engaging Boardroom Market Updates and market analysis to the Residential team and clients.
  • Proactively identify and share emerging market trends opportunities and strategic insights beyond assigned tasks.
  • Lead and coordinate the weekly New Business Development Meeting supporting pitch preparation timelines and opportunity tracking.
  • Build and maintain client and industry relationships by initiating engagement attending events and supporting major transactions.
  • Collaborate internally and with other Colliers offices to share best practices manage communications for submissions campaigns and research outputs.

Qualifications :

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

  • Degree qualified in Property or Economics.            
  • Real Estate License (or working towards).
  • Confidential and discrete with high attention to detail.    
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborator to engender a positive workplace culture.            
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate/ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint.
