Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team in Montgomery AL. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for customers providing assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products services billing and account details
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Meet individual and team performance metrics and service standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
