TALENT BUSINESS PARTNER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Identify department needs and opportunities through analysis and partnership and propose plans to solve.
Partner in overall process improvement across Talent departments as it relates to Talent Business Partnerships.
Suggest and manage projects that enable TBP efficiencies and drive the talent agenda forward.
Provide change management support with both large and small organizational changes including creating timelines communication plans and employee movement documents.
Act as the central point of contact for Talent Centers of Excellence rollouts feedback and after-action reviews.
Coordinate regular TBP meeting logistics topics notes and follow up on action items.
TALENT PARTNERSHIP
Act as key resource to TBPs in resource planning cycles including headcount file organization and platform (Anaplan)
Manage intake of Employee Relations matters and conduct low risk investigations
Conduct exit interviews identify trends and recommend action plans to TBPs
Provide feedback & coach managers and employees on utilizing internal Talent tools (onboarding development compensation succession performance management etc.)
Evangelize and support strengths-based approach to people management and development
Support all RBDC TBPs with training facilitation and preparation of materials.
Partner with TBP team on Talent processes including communication and implementation plans
Responsible for compiling monthly Talent reporting requirements for VP
Ensure and enforce compliance with all Federal and State laws
EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION
Prepare and/or cascade RBDC employee Talent communications
Act as primary Talent contact for RBDC internal employee communications platforms (The Hub Beekeeper)
Organize Quarterly Employee Benefits spotlights
Qualifications :
2 years of experience in Human Resources Talent Management or related field
Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly sensitive situations in the workplace
Critical thinker with the ability to identify Talent trends and recommend solutions grounded in data and insights
Experience and passion for facilitating client-facing HR training programs
Strong planning budgetary and project management abilities
Track record of cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to develop and drive innovative programs initiatives and solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience in communicating and training others
Working knowledge of HR reporting systems preferred
Must be flexible and able to deal with change and ambiguity
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68000 - $102000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
