We are seeking an adaptable and highly organised Event Administrator to join the Events Team within Campus Life.
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in Events work collaboratively in a fast paced and passionate team and contribute to providing quality services to enhance support and serve the University community through a wide range of events and conferences.
You will be responsible for managing event enquiries as the first point of contact supporting venue bookings conducting site visits and maintaining accurate data within Salesforce.
You will also be involved with providing administrative and internal support including liaising with potential event suppliers and venues and supporting event planners during the initial setup of individual event planning.
This is a part-time (19 hours per week) 12 month fixed term opportunity.
The remuneration range for this role is $55300 - $69600 per annum depending on skills and experience.

To be successful in this role you will be highly organised have an interest and high level of skill with financial administration and have good time management. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to relate to people.
You will be an effective communicator with a high level of written and spoken English. You will also be adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
