Job Description
The annual base salary for this position is $70k - $78k.
Be the driver of talent and culture initiatives at Mauna Lani. This role is the culture steward. Ensuring a commitment to training and standards of excellence. As part of the Mauna Lani ohana you will support all team members in providing exceptional team member experiences along their Mauna Lani.
- Lead recruitment strategies for union and non-union positions aligning with company values.
- Manage the interview pre-employment and onboarding processes.
- Develop talent pipelines with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- Oversee the companys LinkedIn page and use LinkedIn Recruiter for leadership roles.
- Drive team member relations through engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Administer benefits including health insurance supplemental insurance and 401(k) plans.
- Support labor relations including contract administration and union relations.
- Assist with safety certification training and educational assistance programs as needed.
- Participate in team member activities and train T&C coordinators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. High school graduate required. College education is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year prior hotel experience is preferred.
- Previous recruitment experience ideally in hospitality preferred.
