Conduct market customer and competitor analysis for targeted OEMs.
Develop and align pricing strategy evaluate project costs and prepare business cases.
Manage techno-commercial proposals quotations negotiations and customer contracting.
Ensure timely pricing updates (Forex RMI volumes ECNs) and implement change management (ECM).
Conduct post-acquisition reviews and lessons learned (win/loss analysis).
Integrate with global key account teams and manage ongoing business to enhance market share and profitability.
Act as a single point of contact for customer business needs working independently.
Project Management
Execute project activities post-acquisition as per standard processes.
Track project milestones budget product cost and pricing.
Manage development budgets for TBP/CF plans.
Escalate project risks to leadership for timely intervention.
Coordinate engineering changes and ensure smooth handover to logistics for series supply.
Support customer field issues and QMM audits.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical Automobile Industrial Production Electrical Electronics or equivalent).
- Project Management Professional (PMP Certified; Optional).
- 6 to 8 years of experience in similar industry and function.
- Experience of working for automotive projects (desirable).
- Competent in SAP MS office tools PPAP and APQP process.
- Advanced Knowledge of Diesel/ alternative powertrain technologies Engine Management System and vehicle technology
- Product development life cycle Overview of Bosch product portfolio and new developments.
- Excellent negotiation communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to think and quickly respond in critical situations
- Working in cross functional team
- Perform under challenging situations
- Customer relationship management
Additional Information :
- Knowledge of Diesel Engine Management System
