Job Description

Media Buyer


Location: Remote (Preferably based in LATAM)
Compensation: USD $/month
Industry: E-commerce / High-Performance Nutrition
Schedule: 40 hours/week Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM Pacific Time (UTC-7

A fast-scaling multi-brand e-commerce company in the supplement & fitness nutrition space offering premium supplements and evidence-based training education. They are optimizing their marketing function by onboarding focused performance-driven talent for each brand within their portfolio.


Mission & Impact

This role is mission-critical to the success of the company s DTC marketing strategy. As Media Buyer you ll be tasked with launching and optimizing paid campaigns that drive measurable growth without sacrificing brand voice or creative integrity. You ll execute like a high-performance driver behind the wheel of a powerful machine.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically create manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta TikTok and Google (Shopping YouTube and etc)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets
  • Stay ahead of digital trends platform updates and competitive movements.
  • Offer strategic insight to refine ad messaging targeting and spend.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with performance data.
  • Strong communication skills and remote collaboration ability.
  • Prior experience in advertising for physical products.


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and content consistency across platforms.
  • Previous exposure to the health/wellness or supplements industry.


KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Speed of scaling successful campaigns
