Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience as well as a successful track record of recruitment retention professional development and mentoring of junior staff. In addition we are seeking a physician who has demonstrated ability in cross specialty collaboration through the implementation of protocols operational and finance process improvement and clinical quality initiatives.
