Job Description
Statement of Work (SoW) Site Engineer
Project Title: 4G Site Installation Rollout Ukraine
Role: Telecom Site Engineer
Duration: June 15 September 30 2025
Location: Kyiv Lviv
Work Mode: Field-based mobile team deployment
Scope of Work
The Site Engineer will:
- Installation & Dismantling
- Conduct on-site installation of telecom hardware as per site-specific scope
- Handle dismantling of legacy RRU/BTS and related gear
- Install and label power/RET/CPRI/grounding cables and connectors
- Reporting & Documentation
- Capture photo reports for all activities per client format
- Complete self-checklists and quality assurance forms
- Submit field data for ISDP/PAT acceptance
- Site Preparation & Verification
- Verify site access safety readiness and equipment list
- Coordinate with other subcontractors (crane cherry-picker transport)
- Support testing and site integration (in cooperation with OMC engineer)
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all H&S procedures (crane work climbing electrical isolation)
- Use and maintain PPE and site equipment
- Participate in toolbox talks and field briefings
Deliverables
- Per-site documentation:
- Photo report (pre/post)
- Installation checklist
- Dismantling return form
- PAT participation log
- Site completion logs for 12 sites per day depending on complexity
Required Equipment (Engineer must have or be supplied)
- Basic installation tools (wrenches cutters crimpers)
- PPE (helmet gloves harness)
- Smartphone with high-quality camera for photo reporting
