Weve just opened a brand-new state-of-the-art Subaru facility with excellent air conditioning and an ergonomic layout designed by technicians for technicians including a close parts counter to make your workday smoother.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Competitive Compensation based on credentials and experience. Flat Rate Commission on total shop hours monthly and annual Bonuses.
Master Techs earn a solid 6-figure income 100-200k
Monday through Friday schedule: 8 AM 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break (no weekends!)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to assess systems and components
Diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs needed and provide time estimates
Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all shop safety protocols
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Subaru or OEM brand experience preferred but not required
State Inspector License preferred
Fast learner with a willingness to grow
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple jobs
Team player who communicates well with others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate and comfortable with digital diagnostic tools
Valid drivers license
