Hospital-wide the Occurrence Reporter helps to foster a performance-based culture that continually evolves and improves.
CMHHIFL Incident Tracking Monitoring and Reporting:
Responsible for hospital-wide critical incident tracking monitoring and reporting programs utilizing the hospitals RL Datix incident reporting system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Only:Six (6) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
ORA combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position equal to six (6) years
