Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts providing exceptional customer service and driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts serving as the primary point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of insurance products
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand the business
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services
- Prepare and present proposals reports and client presentations
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- 10 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Large Property experience and familiarity with managing a property schedule and dealing with multiple layers of coverage required
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry regulations
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office suite
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $130k-$200k (based on experience)
