Reliable Robotics is seeking to hire a full-time Sr. Technical Recruiter with an expertise in executive recruiting. At Reliable Robotics recruiters are responsible for driving all aspects of the hiring process and you will be instrumental in achieving our mission. You will work with the recruiting team and executive leadership to execute our recruiting strategy. Our team is made up of world class experts across a variety of functions. A key aspect of your role will involve building a network of executives across software hardware aviation and aerospace industries. If you love network building this is the perfect role for you. This position is based at our facility in Mountain View California.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing and acquisition strategies to attract top talent for the executive team special niche roles across the engineering and business roles. Manage end-to-end executive recruitment including defining role requirements sourcing assessment and offer negotiation. Champion an exceptional candidate experience ensuring a seamless and engaging process for executive level hires. Manage the metrics and operation of your search to identify and implement opportunities to improve process uplevel interview practices and drive candidate decisions. In addition to executive recruiting you will support hiring for various individual contributor roles across our engineering teams as needed.

Basic Qualification

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
    • 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 3 years focused specifically on executive sourcing and research
    • Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and building a trusted advisor relationship
    • Proven track record of learning particular niches industries and ideal target profiles and building tailored strategies to reach them
    • Experience In-house hiring top technical talent in fast paced high growth startup environments

Preferred Skills and Experience

    • Data-driven approach to executive recruitment with the ability to analyze pipeline metrics and refine strategies accordingly
    • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
    • Experience working in aerospace or the autonomous vehicle industry
    • High EQ with an ability to define and communicate candidate goals and motivations
    • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
This role is on-site in Mountain View CA.

Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

The estimated salary range for this position is $140000 to $185000/annual salary cash and stock option awards benefits. At Reliable Robotics we strive to provide competitive and rewarding compensation based on experience and expertise as well as market conditions location and pay equity. In addition to base compensation Reliable Robotics offers stock options employee medical 401k contribution great co-workers and a casual work environment.
