Waxing the City - Warner Robins is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day salon operations support team development and drive a high-level client experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who:

Leads with professionalism and accountability
Can manage people operations and client experience simultaneously
Understands how to motivate a team while maintaining standards
Is comfortable addressing challenges and helping drive business performance

This is not an entry-level management opportunity.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership presence operational awareness and the ability to help develop a performance-driven team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Team leadership and staff accountability
Client experience management
Local marketing and community engagement
Inventory and operational oversight
Performance management and coaching
Fast-paced service environments

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized professional and capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong team culture.

SUMMARY:

The Manager is responsible for supporting all day-to-day salon operations team management and client experience initiatives while helping drive overall business performance.

This position works closely with the owners to support:

Staff leadership and accountability
Client service and retention
Local marketing and community engagement
Inventory and operational oversight
Performance coaching and development

This role requires professionalism flexibility responsiveness and the ability to support business operations as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Client Acquisition Client Experience Client Retention
Inventory Management
Local Marketing community engagement salon social media and public relations
Staff Recruitment Hiring Management Development and Retention
Salon upkeep responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Managing cleaning checklists in accordance with the Board of Cosmetology for the treatment rooms & front lobby area. Identifying & reporting any broken or unsafe equipment in the Salon to ensure the safety of employees and clients.
P&L Management
Execution of System-Wide Promotions and Club Orange Loyalty Program Growth and Retention
Manage staff training

ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:

This role helps ensure the salon operates efficiently delivers a high-quality client experience supports team development and maintains operational standards.

The Manager is responsible for helping maintain compliance with State Board requirements supporting team accountability and contributing to a professional performance-driven salon environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Previous leadership or management experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead with professionalism and accountability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong client service and team leadership skills
Detail-oriented and solution-focused
Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Georgia preferred

PREFERRED:

4 year Degree
Management and staff leadership experience preferred
Beauty industry or service-industry leadership experience preferred
3 years franchise management experience

Compensation: $35360.00 - $45760.00 per year
