Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees: Set up PTO time clock payroll (verify tax/direct deposit) benefits Principal 401(k) new hire reporting I-9 and send non-solicitation agreements.
- Process terminations: Manage final pay compliance PTO payout benefit and 401(k) terminations and applicable offboarding documents.
- Benefits administration: Track new hire enrollments and employee leave (medical FMLA unpaid) update BambooHR and submit 1095 forms to IRS.
- HRIS & payroll support: Maintain records in BambooHR (status pay access direct reports) input tax rates review payroll hours and flag pending approvals.
- Compliance & admin support: Handle incoming mail (e.g. unemployment notices) assist with workers comp ADA accommodations and help set up HR compliance in new states.
Requirements:

- General understanding of HR admin tasks and benefits coordination
- Comfortable using HR systems (BambooHR preferred) and spreadsheets
