Job Description

The Opportunity

Join the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications in the Faculty of Engineering at UNSWs Faculty of Engineering as an Associate Lecturer / Lecturer in a Teaching and Research role. In this role you will develop your own research in the field of Electrical Engineering while teaching undergraduate/postgraduate classes in areas of energy systems embedded systems or control systems. You will have the opportunity to conduct classes design and develop learning activities and engage in publish high-quality research as part of a team and/or independently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career academic looking to lay the foundations for their career in academia. The role of Associate Lecturer/Lecturer reports to the Head of School and has no direct reports.

  • Salary
    • Associate Lecturer (Level A) AUD $110059 to $117718 per annum 17% superannuation
    • Lecturer (Level B) - $123620 to $145730 per annum 17% superannuation
  • Full time
  • Fixed term 2 years
  • Location: Kensington Sydney Australia
