The Position
Based in Monza reporting to the Tender & Contract Lead you will be a pivotal member of the Finance IT and Business Operations Team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our Commercial Finance Operations fostering a collaborative customer-centric environment that embraces agile ways of working.

Your primary accountability will be managing the affiliates end-to-end deal-to-contract lifecycle significantly contributing to the effectiveness of our commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management: Monitor and screen tender opportunities overseeing the entire process from documentation fairness to on-time delivery.
Contract Lifecycle: Manage all activities from initial deals/quotes to contract award ensuring meticulous documentation proper archiving and timely maintenance in all systems.
Performance & Compliance: Be responsible for contract performance enabling supply and diligently monitoring contract price conditions for customer orders. Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements tender specifications and all relevant Roche guidelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders strengthening cross-functional networks to deliver superior outcomes and overcome challenges.
Process Optimization: Drive continuous simplification and efficiency in end-to-end processes leveraging technology to maximize impact on customer outcomes.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience:
University degree in Law or Economics and Business; alternatively at least 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position.
Solid knowledge of deal-to-contract law and regulations.
Experience in managing complex tenders with a preference for the Diagnostics or Medical Devices industry.
Skills & Mindset:
Excellent accuracy problem-solving and organizational skills; strong results orientation and stress management.
Good aptitude for innovative technologies and proficient in Office suite (especially Word and Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus.
High level of English proficiency and fluency in Italian.
Ability to understand complex business contexts and apply sound judgment in prioritization and decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills collaborative spirit and a talent for building trusting productive relationships.
Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity with a drive to generate ideas and see them through to action.
Contract Type:
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
