Job Description
This role is on a casual basis with guaranteed hours every Monday Tuesday and Wednesday from 7.30am to 3.36pm. There is also potential to become a full-timer in the future. Please only apply if you can work these days and hours.
Are you ready to step into a role thats more than just a job Were looking for a passionate and energetic individual to become a key part of our packaging site in Seven Hills. Due to exciting internal movement we have an opportunity for a Production Assistantto join our supportive and friendly team!
As the Production Assistant you will work within a diverse and supportive team inclusive of people of all abilities (people with a disability and able bodied) at our warehouse in Seven Hills.
As a valued member of our team you will
- Undertake process and packing tasks including physically lifting (Manual Handling) of goods and equipment
- Ensuring produced goods are regularly checked and approved to match customer requirements
- Ensuring finished goods and palletising configuration and labelling meets customer specification before dispatched
- Be able to use computer programs to organise couriers operate automatic pallet wrapping machines and other equipment (full training will be provided).
What you will bring to the team
- Previous experience in a pick packing and/or production environment
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues
