Are you a passionate Physiotherapist ready to make a meaningful impact Join Plena Healthcarea national allied health providerand play a key role in improving the lives of older Australians in Residential Aged Care.
As part of our large collaborative multidisciplinary team youll deliver personalised evidence-based therapy that empowers residents to live life to the fullest. Best of all Youll work within our award-winning Plena Care Pathwayrecipient of the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellencewhich enables you to design resident-led goal-focused programs that truly make a difference.
What Youll Be Doing
- Conducting clinical assessments and delivering personalised physiotherapy programs
- Supporting daily living mobility falls prevention pain and joint management equipment needs and more
- Delivering one-on-one therapy and engaging group sessions for active aging
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
- Adapting to the unique needs of each facility while upholding professional standards

What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening & Police Check
