Job Description
Job Title:Architectural Technologist
Location:Bristol
Salary:30000 - 38000
Aztrum is working in partnership with a well-established architectural practice currently looking to expand their team with an experienced Architectural Technologist. This is a full-time role that offers flexible working arrangements a supportive and collaborative studio environment and the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projectsincluding residential education commercial interior and heritage schemes.
Were looking for a technically skilled and self-driven professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in delivering construction-stage projects. A strong command of UK Building Regulations detailing and construction methodologies is essential. The ideal candidate will be confident taking the lead on projects developing comprehensive technical drawing packages and managing coordination across consultants engineers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Leading and coordinating education projects at all stages
- Creating detailed working and tender drawings
- Submitting planning and building regulation applications
- Conducting site surveys and visits to ensure compliance
- Collaborating with clients consultants and local authorities
Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Strong experience in a UK-based practice
- Proven experience in the education sector
- Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with UK Building Regulations
- Strong design and technical detailing abilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident in job running and project management
