Job Description
To support the continued growth of our network we are looking for experienced and highly qualified experts to join our talent pool in Germany. We regularly staff international projects typically with durations of 6 to 12 months.
We are currently seeking Senior Integration Managers with a proven track record in large-scale SAP and non-SAP implementations particularly within complex IT landscapes and enterprise transformation programs.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing end-to-end system integration including SAP interfaces legacy systems middleware platforms and cross-application data flows.
Partial on-site presence in Germany is required.

Tasks

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in SAP/ERP/IT programs as an Integration Manager
- Several years of leadership experience in IT project management ideally in international and complex project environments
- Solid understanding of system landscapes interdependencies and the technical implications of systems releases and interfaces
- Proven experience in SAP interface and middleware integration as well as legacy system connectivity
- Good knowledge of how ERP systems particularly SAP support business processes across various domains
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and cross-system process design
- Proven experience with project management methodologies and frameworks such as PMI PRINCE2 Scrum SAP Activate or SAFe
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle both routine and complex challenges
- Ability to prioritize tasks and successfully manage multiple interdependent projects and initiatives in parallel
- Fluent in English German is a plus
