This well-funded venture blends advanced technology with human oversight to reshape how property deals are handled across the country. We are hiring a QA/Admin Checklist Verifier to join a newly formed 12-person verification team. In this role you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of property transaction forms processed through our client s proprietary platform. Your eye for detail and commitment to precision will directly impact the success of this game-changing real estate solution.
Perform structured checks on custom digital forms using standardized protocols
Verify form completeness and data accuracy across submissions
Follow detailed checklists to confirm all required elements are fulfilled
Accurately record verification outcomes and report inconsistencies
Maintain organized records of all verification activities
Escalate any discrepancies through proper internal channels
Collaborate with teammates and participate in process improvement
Uphold high standards of efficiency and accuracy at all times
Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks
Experience with form processing administrative tasks or quality control
Ability to follow structured procedures and workflows
Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
Comfortable with repetitive detail-focused work
Available to work full-time during Australian business hours
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
Commitment to start July 1 2025 and complete the full 2-week training
Prior experience in document verification compliance or QA
Familiarity with real estate legal or financial documentation
Experience working with digital forms or document management tools
Background in high-compliance or process-driven environments
HMO coverage available in eligible locations
