Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role is essential to maintaining smooth front desk operations and supporting various departments with clerical and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and maintain front office calendars
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed
Assist with internal communications and document preparation
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1 year of experience in an administrative or front desk role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
