Job Description:
Sharpcontra is currently seeking a reliable and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in Detroit MI. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors clients and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
Manage check-in and check-out procedures
Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
Handle incoming mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed
Ensure security protocols are followed at all times
Support administrative staff with basic office tasks
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a front desk administrative or customer service role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (printer phone systems etc.)
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
