Job Description
Sonka Luxury Resort is an exclusive retreat opening in Lapland in November 2025.
With 20 luxurious accommodations located in a private arctic valley by a pristine lake the resort combines cultural heritage with modern elegance.
We are now looking for passionate seasonal Front Office staff to welcome our guests and ensure a world-class experience from day one.
Tasks
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations phone calls and emails
- Provide information about the resort local attractions and activities
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a professional and warm atmosphere for guests and colleagues
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality reception or customer service is an advantage
- Professional reliable and service-minded approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident with computers and booking systems
