- Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution translating strategic priorities into actionable plans for the Last Mile team.
- Develop comprehensive initiative briefs coordinate kickoffs and manage end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (DEM Team Last Mile Procurement and Quality Fulfillment SCM IT) to align resources and manage trade-offs.
- Monitor project health proactively manage risks and ensure initiatives stay on time and within scope.
- Facilitate steering meetings and decision checkpoints ensuring clear action items and accountability.
- Prepare and present progress updates performance dashboards and summary reports for leadership.
- Own strategic cross-country programs in Last Mile defining governance structures and success criteria.
- Act as a sparring partner to senior stakeholders on prioritization and strategic decisions.
- Champion a delivery-focused culture by embedding structure accountability and collaboration across the organization.
- Analyze and share best practices continuous improvement opportunities and lessons learned after initiative completion.
- Mentor junior colleagues in program management methodologies and change management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 3 years of programme or project management experience in e-commerce logistics or carrier environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management
- Solid knowledge of Last Mile logistics operations and understanding of cost structures in transport networks
- Proficiency in BI/dashboard tools and experience in preparing executive-level reports
- Very good English skills; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel and work in international teams demonstrating cultural sensitivity
- High level of curiosity self-initiative and eagerness to learn
