Accountant Full-Time On-Site in Stillwater MN
Our client a fast-growing nationwide property management company specializing in storage facilities is looking to add a Full-Time Accountant to their team in Stillwater MN. With over 50 years in business and ongoing expansion this is a great opportunity to join a thriving stable and forward-moving organization.
What Youll Do:
As an Accountant youll play a vital role in supporting financial operations ensuring compliance and contributing to the companys continued success. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly financial statements (P&L balance sheets income statements)
- Reconciling bank accounts payroll and customer accounts
- Managing general ledger fixed assets depreciation and accruals
- Reviewing and approving financial transactions
- Supporting audits and preparing tax filings
- Maintaining accounting systems and controls in compliance with GAAP
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Sage is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $68000 $72000/year
