Job Description: Healthcare Technology Supervisor (Contract)
Location: Aiken SC
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Healthcare Technology Supervisor to oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare technology systems in our facility on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology experience managing a team and a proven track record of successful project implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of healthcare technology specialists to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of technology systems
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and IT staff to identify technology needs and develop solutions
- Oversee the installation configuration and testing of healthcare technology systems
- Train staff on the proper use of technology systems and provide ongoing support
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Stay current on healthcare technology trends and advancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare informatics Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 8 years of experience in healthcare technology management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background and drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
