Job Description
The Corporate Strategy team sits at the center of Pinterest within the EPD organization (Engineering Product & Design) helping to shape and communicate the companys multi-year growth strategy. We serve as the connective tissue between key product engineering sales marketing and other cross-functional teams to accelerate Pinterest innovation and business growth.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company undergoing rapid transformation in a high-impact role working on the most critical company-wide efforts. The Corporate Strategy Lead AI role will be responsible for thinking long-term about industry trends responsible for developing comprehensive market and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions around AI at the company.
What youll do:
- Deeply understand Pinterests business model growth strategy differentiated product offerings customers and partners
- Articulate Pinterests current market positioning threats and strategic opportunities in a rapidly changing AI environment
- Build out relevant datasets and dashboards that uplevel leaderships understanding of internal metrics and facilitate forward-facing modeling and scenario planning
- Present actionable insights and proposals to the executive team. Collaborate with the Market Intelligence function to synthesize holistic insights for cross-functional partners (e.g. Sales Product and engineering leaders) on the competitive landscape to incorporate into planning and GTM strategy
What were looking for:
- Familiarity with ML/AI and ideally GenAI at the consumer developer and enterprise level
- Highly analytical and data driven with proven storytelling abilities through data visualization and narrative
- Experience in building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable navigating global organization structures and working across cross-functional teams
- Highly strategic thinker with an adaptive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable with and has experience partnering and influencing across matrixed organizations
- Python Competency required
- Bachelors degree in a relevant fieldorequivalent experience
In Office Requirement Statement:
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1 time /quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country
