Swisstel Sydney is looking to welcome a Front Office All-Rounder to join our growing Front Office team. As a Front Office All-Rounder your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us through providing warm responsive and luxury service.
The role:
- Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt courteous and efficient check in and check out.
- Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions.
- Attends to all guest calls in a polite and confident manner
- Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements requests and activities
- Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner
- Assist Guest Services Department in both Front Desk duties and Swiss Services Duties
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- A natural ability to authentically connect with people
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous Front Office or Telephonist experience within a luxury environment is desirable
- Previous experience with Opera is favourable
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends evenings public holidays and overnight (when necessary)
- A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for people
- Candidates to have valid work rights for Australia
