Regional Sales Manager - Southeast Region FL/GA/AL/NC/SC/TN/MS/LA/OK

About the Opportunity

Thrive PEO is partnering with a premier U.S.-based surgeon-driven medical device company to find talented new Regional Sales Managers. The company is headquartered in Plano TX and has been driving innovation in spinal implants since 2008. We are consistently at the forefront of spinal implant innovation focusing on improving surgical efficiency biomechanics and patient recovery through cutting-edge solutions.

In April 2025 the company received FDA 510(k) clearance for the worlds first and only 3D Printed Titanium Pedicle Screw System. This system features fully 3D printed cannulated and fenestrated screws a novel lattice structure for improved fixation and self-harvesting flutes that aid bone fusion. The product portfolio also includes advanced PEEK and titanium interbody systems cervical plating systems and sacroiliac (SI) screw solutions.

What Youll Do

  • Drive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and convert new surgeon and hospital accounts
  • Build and manage distributor relationships or support current agents
  • Provide clinical and technical support during surgeries as needed
  • Develop deep product knowledge across the spine portfolio
  • Represent the brand at industry events trainings and conferences

Youll Know Youre a Good Fit If You Have...

  • 2-3 years of spine sales experience
  • Established relationships with orthopedic neuro or pain surgeons
  • Established relationships with distributor agents hospitals and surgery centers.
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales territories and converting business
  • Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills
  • A self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Salary and commissions are commensurate with experience and the ability to bring business quickly. High performers will find significant earning potential.
