**Job Title: CCC or CF Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) **
**Location:** Winter Garden

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Clinical Competence (CCC) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The selected candidate will work primarily in an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) brand new and innovative center providing therapy to ensure high-quality care and effective therapy delivery for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients unique needs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations as necessary
- Monitor the progress of clients and provide ongoing feedback to families and RBTs
- Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities in speech-language pathology.
- Participate in team meetings to review client progress share insights and address any challenges or concerns regarding therapy delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest research trends and best practices in speech-language pathology and ABA methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards in speech-language pathology.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in accordance with organizational policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Strong CF will be considered
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working in an ABA setting or with clients who have autism spectrum disorders is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively mentor and guide others.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
