Test Equipment Services is looking for a highly skilled self-motivated team member to join our calibration team in Cedar Rapids Iowa. This position requires a strong knowledge of electrical circuitry troubleshooting skills and the desire to continuously learn. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position consists of daily interaction with peers and production while maintaining a monthly workload of calibration and repairs. This role does include some travel to offsites in the surrounding areas to perform work.

What You Will Do:

  • Knowledge of electrical circuitry to be able to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Actively promotes team decision making
  • Provides technical recommendations for capital expense and service acquisitions
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Collaborate with team members and provide technical support as needed
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair off prints or written work instructions
