This Pricing Manager role involves a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This position encompasses varied responsibilities across the entire pricing spectrum with areas of focus that may evolve as the organization progresses on its journey towards pricing excellence. The successful candidate will be a pricing leader who drives organizational advancement through visionary ideas and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is a corporate role within a growing and decentralized organization therefore exceptional relationship-building skills are required to establish strong connections with each of the five HID business areas as well as the HID functional area teams such as finance CRM PLM and Oracle EBS.

Participating in the HID Business Transformation Program as a capability owner; the Business Transformation Program involves deploying new business systems and evolving processes to drive business growth through scalable and efficient business capabilities.
Taking ownership of assigned pricing processes and pricing capabilities to evolve modernize and/or enhance them to support the needs of the HID organization improve customer experience and drive revenue growth including creating existing and future state process mappings.
Utilizing and acting as a champion for data and analytical usage in pricing decision-making including enhancement of existing analytics tools and/or deployment of new capabilities via pricing software such as utilization of AI/ML and/or automations.
Working in strong partnership across pricing business area IT and other teams.
Modeling financial benefits or impacts of new pricing approaches; creating business cases and/or justifications for proposed activities and their prioritization versus other activities.
Developing and reporting of performance benchmarks for pricing processes evolutions.
Supporting monthly KPI calculations and various reporting activities which may have tight timelines and occasionally require limited work to be conducted on designated company holidays.
Taking active or leading role in various trainings workshops and strategy sessions established to solve business problems and elevate value capture opportunities for the organization.
Effective and concisely communicating information including professional PowerPoint presentations that will be provided to senior and executive management.


Your Experience and Background include:
7 years of professional work experience desired.
4 years of cumulative experience within the areas pricing product management finance or product marketing preferably in a B2B environment desired.
Bachelors degree in business marketing finance economics or other similar fields desired; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
2 years experience with pricing software such as PriceFx and/or Vendavo including CPQ capabilities within the software desired; Experience implementing price software into an organization is meriting.
2 years experience with pricing analytics and/or product portfolio analytics desired; experience can be in pricing software or other analytic tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud Tableau Alteryx or PowerBI
2 years experience with or other CRM system desired.
2 years experience with Oracle ERP or other ERP system desired.
Experience with applied AI machine learning or generative AI within the scope of pricing quoting and analytics desired.
Project management experience and certifications meriting.
People management experience meriting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across a large matrixed international organization.
Excellent analytical skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to be a strategic forward thinker who also possesses excellent process management skills.
Good communication skills attention to details good planning skills and consistency are equally essential to succeed in this role.

The base salary in the United States is $124000 to $140000.
