The Senior Manager Performance Management acts as a strategic leader guiding a team of performance managers and channel specialists to deliver outstanding results for high-value clients. This role partners closely with clients to align campaign strategies with business objectives champions a data-driven approach to optimization and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The Senior Manager serves as a trusted advisor combining strategic insight with technical expertise to help the team and clients achieveand exceedperformance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor performance managers and channel specialists providing direction and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Guide the team in developing implementing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Facilitate regular client performance reviews sharing insights progress updates and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure all activities are aligned with desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with creative sales and account teams to deliver cohesive high-quality campaigns.
• Act as a senior escalation point helping the team quickly resolve challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Maintain current certifications in key platforms (Google Ads Meta etc.) and encourage ongoing learning within the team.
• Conduct and interpret platform audits search query reports and campaign health checks to proactively identify trends risks and opportunities.
• Champion a transparent data-driven culture ensuring campaign recommendations and optimizations are grounded in robust analysis.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients providing strategic guidance and building strong long-term partnerships.

• Active certifications in Google Ads and Meta with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

The basesalaryfor this role is between $90000 - $100000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors such as: transferable skills work experience location and market demands. The base payrangeis subject to change and may be modified in the future.
