Job Description

The Wealth Product Manager will contribute to the development of new conceptual products from initial requirements gathering through to completion serving as a key liaison between internal and external business partners. This role will act as a change agent and advocate for value-added functions leveraging technology solutions and business processes to enhance wealth product adoption client experience and operational efficiencies. Responsibilities include developing opportunity assessments and ROI analysis contributing to the overall strategy and roadmap for wealth products and managing projects aimed at increasing revenue and expanding customer relationships.

How Youll Spend Your Time

  • You will collaborate with UX/UI design teams IT and management to create user-friendly tools and applications for BOKF clients and employees.
  • You will provide on-demand reporting and project updates to wealth management executives.
  • You will participate in the Agile Scrum process to ensure wealth products meet and exceed industry standards.
  • You will work with the wealth product team to develop and execute the wealth roadmap based on industry research and consumer insights.
  • You will maintain complex vendor relationships to ensure products and technology solutions meet the needs of wealth clients and employees.
  • You will analyze consumer and employee behavior to develop new methodologies and drive product innovation.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in a business related field and 5-7 years experience in product management or 8-10 years equivalent work experience.

Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principals including product management development and positioning
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities to ultimately drive products to a successful completion
  • The ability to manage and communicate with outside vendors and strategic partners
  • Experience providing analytical reports and project updates directly to executive leadership teams
  • Thorough knowledge of wealth management products and services
  • Experience with Agile software development processes
  • Experience implementing or supporting industry leading financial data aggregation tools such as Black Diamond Quovo or Wealth Access
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
