Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and instrument sterilization Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead our AM shift team.
We are seeking a candidate with supervisory experience who is comfortable having difficult conversations with team members. While experience in Sterile Processing is not required it is considered a valuable asset.

What Youll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the sterile processing department during the AM shift.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of sterile processing technicians.
- Collaborate with clinical and surgical staff to maintain high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance to support department needs.
What Is Available:
- 1.0 FTE
- Monday Friday Day Shift 6:30a-3:00p and be available for questions from staff off hours
- No weekends or holidays
- Location: La Crosse Wisconsin
- Starting salary $48700 more for experience

What Youll Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- 3-5 years of Supervisor experience preferred
- Either Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Tech (CSPDT) within 6 months of hire
