Job Description SummaryAs Lean specialist at GE Vernova you will be a key enabler of continuous improvement helping teams implement Lean principles across operations engineering supply chain and support functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify waste optimize processes and support cultural transformation aligned with the GE Vernova Lean operating system.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Lean events (Kaizens A3 problem-solving value stream mapping Gemba walks etc.)
Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities across workflows
Assist in developing standard work and visual management tools
Track and report key Lean metrics (lead time first-pass yield takt time etc.)
Coach teams on Lean tools such as 5S SMED Heijunka and Kanban
Support training initiatives in Lean thinking and practices
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and respect for people
Collaborate with leadership to align Lean initiatives with business goals
Partner with digital and engineering teams to drive automation and efficiency
- Bachelors degree in engineering / operations
- 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma background or strong continuous improvement experience
- Comfortable with hands on approach
- Strong knowledge of lean tools and methods
- Experience in manufacturing heavy industry energy is preferred
