Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative fluent in Slovenian and English to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. As the first point of contact for Slovenian-speaking clients you will handle inquiries troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via email chat and phone in both Slovenian and English.

Assist customers with product or service-related questions order issues and general inquiries.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely empathetic and professional manner.

Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. tech support logistics billing) to resolve escalated issues.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge policies and system updates.

Contribute to help center articles and FAQs by translating and updating content in Slovenian.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in Slovenian C2 or native-level and English (written and spoken).

Prior experience in customer support call center or help desk roles is preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using customer support tools like Zendesk Freshdesk Salesforce or similar platforms.

Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce SaaS tech or travel/hospitality sectors.

Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if required.

Multilingual skills are a plus.
