Comptroller Cadillac Dealership (Metro Area)

As we continue to grow we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Comptrollerto oversee and manage our financial operations.
Position Overview:
The Comptroller will be responsible for the full scope of financial management including accounting budgeting reporting and compliance. This role is critical to ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations including A/P A/R payroll and general ledger
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies manufacturer requirements and regulatory standards
- Manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
- Collaborate with department managers to support operational and financial goals
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Comptroller or in a senior automotive accounting role is required
- Experience with General Motors (GM) financial systems and reporting is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting financial controls and compliance
- Proficiency with dealership management systems
- Excellent analytical organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA a plus)
