About the job PHRN Trainer (Cebu City) Onsite
Work Setup/Shift: WFO / Night shift
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Active PRC license
- Atleast 1-2 years as a Process Trainer
- 6 months to 1 year in a US Healthcare account
- Must be amenable to report in Cebu City ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Training & Development:
- Conduct induction and ongoing training for new hires and current employees in the healthcare BPO setting.
- Deliver training programs related to US healthcare processes prior authorization coding billing and claims management.
- Design and develop training materials including manuals presentations and online modules.
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide continuous coaching and feedback to employees.
- Needs Assessment & Planning:
- Perform a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assess skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Monitor and assess employee performance to determine the need for additional training or coaching.
- Collaborate with team leads and management to ensure that training objectives align with business goals.
- Content Development & Updates:
- Regularly update training content to reflect the latest industry trends healthcare policies and procedural changes.
- Review and refine training strategies based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all training programs meet the required industry standards and comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assessments to track learning outcomes and effectiveness.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions attendance and employee progress.
- Provide regular reports on training metrics including completion rates and performance improvements.
