Job Description
We are currently seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join a well-established Maltese winery with a strong reputation for producing high-quality wines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about science and quality control to contribute to the winemaking process.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze samples of grape must and wine to monitor quality parameters.

Accurately record analytical results and report findings to the Winemaking Team.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Manage inventory by ordering and receiving laboratory supplies as needed.

Support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems aligned with HACCP and ISO 9001 standards.
Requirements:

A minimum of an O-Level qualification in a science subject preferably Chemistry.

Strong attention to detail accuracy and efficiency in lab work.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Fluent in Maltese English or Italian.

Previous experience in a laboratory or similar role will be considered an asset.
