Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation APACSA the successful candidate will work with our Global Team on the transformation of our finance systems driven by the implementation of SAP S/4HANA ensuring alignment with McCain Foods business objectives and sustainable growth. The role will work cross-functionally with the Global Team and their Regional Transformation Team to deliver the insights and operational excellence required to support our global digital transformation strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with our Global Team to implement the business transformation program.
- For their region lead requirements gathering solution design activities configuration testing and deployment to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Participate in business planning and strategy sessions as it relates to the transformation program.
- Participate in continuous improvement of finance processes by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Maintain governance structures to manage risks monitor progress and ensure the program stays within budget and timelines.
- Collaborate on change management efforts within the region ensuring that the team is fully prepared and trained on the new systems.
- Engage stakeholders across all levels functions and regions to understand concerns gather feedback.
- Partner with business process owners digital technology teams and external partners to define and validate processes and test scenarios.
- Maintain a virtual team of regional subject matter experts that will engage with you and the program team representing the nuances of how work is done in your region.
- The role could require international travel as necessitated.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities(matrix).
- Effective communication interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Familiarity across all functions of the finance department; across record to report processes.

- Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality.
- Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.
