Role: Program Head Andheri Mumbai
Experience: 6 years Salary: 9-9.6 LPA Female preferred
About the role:
The program head will be responsible for overseeing educational programs resource creation research training campaigns and network-building initiatives focused on empowering women and girls. The role involves managing a team developing strategies and ensuring the effective implementation of programs.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in program development and implementation
Excellent communication and networking abilities
Advocacy and campaign experience
Knowledge of issues related to womens rights and gender equality
- Masters degree in Social Work Womens Studies Gender Studies or related field
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering programs for adolescent girls and boys with a strong gender-transformative approach.
- Understanding of adolescent psychology development and specific vulnerabilities faced by youth from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Ability to integrate a feminist and intersectional lens into program design implementation and evaluation.
- Experience in participatory methodologies and community-based interventions with young people.
- Familiarity with child protection policies and safeguarding measures relevant to working with minors.
