About the role

We have an opportunity for a Head of Asset Management to join our team at an exciting time as we deliver our five-year asset management strategy. The role will lead the delivery and evolution of our Asset Management Strategy supporting and developing a team with a high-performance culture.

You will work with colleagues across the charity to maintain accurate stock condition data which will inform strategic decision-making. Youll also oversee procurement processes and contractor performance managing major works and ad hoc projects ensuring that our residents are engaged.

You will be passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency embedding this into all our asset plans and upgrades.

About you

An enthusiastic and proactive individual you will have a property related qualification such as RICS CIOB or equivalent. Youll have a proven track record of asset management property investment or capital works planning.

Youll be confident managing a diverse property portfolio through strong financial and analytical skills including experience with stock appraisals and modelling and the use of data to inform investment priorities.

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Asset Manager to join our Property & Investment team and lead the ongoing development of our homes and infrastructure.
